About Suite 8

Suite 8 is an independent research consultancy helping organizations better understand people, reduce uncertainty, and make stronger product and experience decisions.

The consultancy is led by an experienced product and UX researcher with over a decade of experience conducting and leading research across complex digital products and services.

Research built around the question

Suite 8 does not begin with a preferred method or a predefined package.

The work starts with what the team needs to understand, what decision the research should inform, what is already known, and where the uncertainty remains.

From there, I design the research approach to fit the problem and stay closely involved from framing through synthesis and recommendations.

I am the founder and principal researcher at Suite 8 Digital.

My background spans foundational and evaluative research, qualitative and mixed-method studies, research strategy, accessibility and inclusive design, and strategic synthesis that helps teams connect evidence to product direction.

I have worked extensively in consumer technology and entertainment, and hold a BA in Anthropology and an MS in User Experience & Interaction Design.

Some topics require particular care.

Research involving personal, intimate, sensitive, or stigmatized experiences can depend heavily on trust, language, privacy, and a nonjudgmental research environment.

Suite 8 has a particular interest in this kind of work, including femtech, sexual wellness, reproductive health, accessibility, personal health, and other complex human experiences.

This is an area of focus rather than a limitation. Suite 8 works across industries and research questions.
